Concept of sci fi rifle - Vulcan. I designed it as pair for pistol I did earlier. ([link]) To make contrast, rifle body is made of plastic. Whole collection is meant to be from future but not too futuristic. To keep it believable I used standart scope. While pistol is rough rifle look is clean, shiny and polished.

Technical facts: Concepting, modeling and rendering is mine. Model is completely highpoly. I used 3ds max and render engine is v-ray. I tried for "clean" look. Model is based only on various dark materials and shadows. In this concept I did not use textures of material at all.
I'm available for freelance job. I prefer mechanical to organic objects.
oh yeah that's a weapon i would like to blast off the heads of aliens i'm a huge sci-fi fan and that's defenitly a weapon i would like to see in some sort of shooter also the name is the game i know the vulcan as minigun and i hope, because you used the name, this weapon is designed with protectiles that would even let the "BFG look like a sissy the scope tells me that i have a sniper function good, no blood on the armor
ok serious it's an awesome design and a beautiful render modern sci-fi at it's finest
this is fantastic one of the most realistic sci-fi weapons iv seen.
Just one crit though, you should have made the curves on your rotation straight from one point to another, thus creating a constant spin rather than a stop after each rotation
still it doesn't detract from the mastery of 3D shown here
