Description

Concept of sci fi rifle based. One of thouse realistic. (more or less). It is supposed to use battery insted of standard bullets. I did it in metallic look plus black and white color setup. Picture is bigger to better see details. I worked in 3ds max, used vray rendering engine and finished it in photoshop.

I enjoy this gun a lot. It's incredibly sleek and compact and it looks very efficient. I like the ide of the battery pack rather than the clip and the idea of it being an energy rifle works well with the aesthetic of the whole thing. It's very well done in how the mid section blends seamlessly into the stock. One thing I'm not super sure about is the sort of handle thing in the middle of the stock. I'm not sure how well that would translate into gripping a rifle but then again I haven't held many rifles so what do I know? Something else I feel like would be nice to see is a side view of this, it's sort of hard at times to get a feel for it when it's just straight down. All in all great weapon, very well done.
