Kiara rifle by peterku Kiara rifle by peterku
Kiara system - My concept of rifle from near future built of composite plates based on "minimalistic" and functional design. Hope you like it and wait for comments if any. bye.

Dimension: 2048 x 1176

P.S.
Its rifle/shotgun concept. rifle is up and bottom part is shotgun. bad is that I didnt put difference in magazines so they look nearly same which could be confusing...

I swear, I'll stop after this one.

Maybe. . .

Anyway, this. Is awesome. An internally integrated shotgun in 28 gauge mixed with a .556 pre-silenced bullpup rifle and a pretty little red dot. And in olive drab, no less. This is just so nice and the red dot seems to have zoom and power settings.

And it's simple. It's so simple and I just wanna take it home and . . .

Well, its killer.

Now, the sliding safety idea I've seen before and time and time again, it has yet to truly grab me and I have to say, I felt the same here. It's a good idea, it just needs to be a little bit more solid and have a truly "fixed" look to it. I like the idea of a pushed button or a flicked switch keeping my gun from firing than a slide.

But, I like this gun a lot. Even with the safety issue, I like this gun a lot.

P.S. You should really put these rifles with the scope halfway up the gun in the scout rifle category. ([link])

Another amazing design. You have taken the best elements of the P90, AUG, and G36 and combined them into a stunningly elegant and beautiful creation. Sleek curves and hard angles merge to form a natural, functional shape that, while not in use today, could be found on the battlefield of the future. Not even the weapons from Crysis looked this cool. You have a real gift when it comes to your designs, as you manage a near-future look, with a science fiction twist. Even better, you manage to add elegance to a highly functional design without compromising the original purpose of the weapon. Your work continues to amaze me, and I hope you never lose your inspiration.

Shotgun magazines are huge unless it chambers .410 or 20 gauge. It's kinda the problem with magazine-fed shotguns. I love my Saiga-12 but it's a heavy weapon. I love your designs as they're sleek and movie star sexy, but I can't help but wonder how would you disassemble this. Weapons need incessant maintenance and accessibility is extremely important. Durability and ease of use are by far the greatest factors when it comes to weapons. Frankly it doesn't look that simple at all. Also get rid of the lights. No bueno when you're trying to stay hidden. Still, amazing looking rifle.

Tnx you mate. I accept all your objections. Thee is also problem with proportion on this model I know it.

It's gorgeous. BUT: no one will ever carry a rifle by the top handle. Like the M-16/M-4, they will carry it by the pistol grip.

Love the twin mags. But the pistol grip is crowded. That's your primary interface with the weapon. You need to free it up and tailor it more for the hand. (And slide the foregrip forward a bit.)

hi. I would not  deny top handle. There are real rifles having this feature. Other objections I accept. There are even more problems regarding proportion of model. ...

Bye.

You should try to contact some gun manufacturers around the world to see if they would be able to create these guns of yours from your 3d models. I'm sure they would be able to if your 3d models are detailed enough in all aspects of each part of said gun.

Amazing work! Both modelling and design, this weapon looks way better than those seen in most games and movies.

About the design - meaning that there is not enough space at the rear for the action - I don't find anything out of the place. I can easily imagine a telescopic or an electromagnetic bolt in such a rifle, which would certainly require less space.

But to split hairs, a three stage switch for fire selector is impractical, a rotating type switch is easier to handle.

Just imagine using this gun... I don't even know where to start... there is a bar code and 3 different safe system... good luck putting that on fire...

But You should be careful if you fire the shotgun, I'm not sure but i guess the silencer atop of it would get some hits if you fire the shotgun.
