HTEC - back by peterku HTEC - back by peterku
Another piece in my collection. Concept of rifle with integrated silencer.
Code name: HTEC.
Program: 3ds max
Engine: Vray
Model: Highpoly
Objective was to create rifle with breathe of high tec but not from far future. I wanted to design something that looks it could be born in 5 years. I went back to basic rule. Simplicity. Priority was simple design with ”stream line” and aerodynamic feeling. There are 2 version of skin. Rendering is made in color scheme between black and white with few drops of blue. Design, modeling rendering is mine. Hope you like it. Tnx for comment and tnx in advance if you push positive icon down there :)

I uploaded 4 pictures of this. They can be found in my gallery.

You had me at silencer integration.

Now, emotions aside, this is one hell of a fire arm. Bold, though a little de ja vue-ey ([link]), this is a very cool and trendy looking design. And by trendy, I mean bullpup. It seems to be all the rage these days. I'm a real fan of weapons that have things people wouldn't ever really think about, such as silencer integration or IR scope capabilities. Twelve times power capabilities no less.

Though, now, when I can find the cocking handle, I can't find the shell ejector port, unless it's the round little spot above the magazine. (And not the actual circle, but the rounded tube looking thing above it).

All in all, though, you have one killer weapon here, though (as listed in a previous comment) I have no idea how you started with the Beretta ARX 160 and came up with a really long FN2000. But I don't care. I want it.

I WANT EET.

Is that stock adjustable? I don't think that's really justified in a bullpup.

It's a shame these aren't real... it is just... no words describe how beautiful those guns look, or how much that they look real... just... WOW!

A really good gun design. I could use it for picking off baddies at long range with burst fire and to suppress targets at long range with full auto mode. I'm a huge fan of bullpup guns. I usually go for those guns first in games that have them. :)

looks like something we could make right now if they tried,
the stock looks like its extendable? or maybe spring loaded to dampen the amount of recoil on the users shoulder (i like that idea)

I think it would be a nice comfortable gun with good flow and imo a vertical grip might ruin the flow of a gun like this

It seems to me like a gun that would be used for spec ops since it has a built in silencer
good work

yes. more people say foregrip is needed but it would ruin flow of shape n my opinion... and tnx.

Lovely 'clean' design.

Glad you've finally got the extending stocks & decent foregrips sorted (although they could be modular so could attach different grips/pistol grips/grenede launcher or shotgun), though my issue is the magazine. 1; It's at an awkward, time-consuming reloading angle as the bottom is towards the shooter & 2; Being a straight mag at a rakish angle the bolt would have to travel back, tilt up over the mag, strip a round, come back down, then re-align straight to feed the round into the chamber. A curved mag with the top of the mag inline with the bolt/chamber/barrel would be needed...Just my two-pennies worth.

Wish i could do things like this on a computer...I struggle just getting around DA!

I spy a possible integrated suppressor, and maybe an ejection port-could be caseless though. That would negate the necessity for an ejection port. Charging handle seems to be missing.
